15 hours of free early education for ALL two year olds with parents serving in the Armed Forces
Services children living in Surrey are currently entitled to 15 hours free early years education however, this eligibility criteria isn't nationwide. Every child with a parent serving in the Armed Forces should be entitled to this opportunity it shouldn't be a postcode lottery.
