A Bank Holiday in honour of Tony Benn
Tony Benn was a towering figure of British politics serving in Parliament for over 50 years.
In honour of his extraordinary service, and in recognition of the ordinary people he served, and how Britain has among the fewest holidays across the EU, we call on the government to create a bank holiday named Tony Benn Day.
