A Judicial Review on the exclusion of 16 to 18 year olds from the EU Referendum
The Scottish Referendum allowed 16 to 18 year olds to vote but the EU Referendum, which impacts the young disproportionately, did not. This decision was seemingly based on cost considerations not on the legal precedence that has been set.
