Petition Action

A petition against police brutality toward the black community worldwide

Petition Details

This is a petition to demand the government to reassess the way police officers are carrying out their duties when dealing with black people in both the United States and United Kingdom.

Additional Information

In the light of the recent tragedies happening in the United States, we should be uniting in the UK also to bring about change in the way the police are carrying out their duties.
Racial profiling of Asian and black people that we are deemed as an immediate threat without any evidence other than appearance is racist .

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

In any case, we can only accept petitions about things for which the UK Government or Parliament is responsible. This excludes policing in the USA.
