A tenant should not be evicted, after expiry of the tenancy without any reason.
A tenant usually sign tenancy agreement for 12 months, but after the expiry of the tenancy agreement, landlord issues him 2 month's Section 21 Notice and evict him by county court order. This destroys the family life of the tenant. He needs to struggle again to establish a normal family life.
