Abolish 118 and bring back a single 192 service
The 192 Directory enquiries service was abolished in 2003 and replaced with the commercialised 118 service. The 192 service cost around 40 pence to find a number. The 118 service can cost well over £2 per number. It is an unecessary rip-off and should be abolished.
