Abolish Stamp Duty on Houses over £250,000
Abolish Stamp Duty on properties over the value of £250,00 to aid recovery of the stagnant housing market.This will enable families who need larger properties to accommodate growing families and older people to down - size. This will negate fuel poverty for older people who will struggle to heat large houses they no longer need.
