Abolish VAT on eBooks
Paper books are free from VAT but eBooks are not. Paper books need oil based inks and glues, energy for production and distribution. At the end of their lives many go to landfill. There would be an outcry if VAT was applied to books. This is happening by stealth as people switch to eBooks.
