Accountability of Judges, Cafcass et cetera in Family Law

Additional Information

The British Government signed the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, and it came into force in the UK on 15th January 1992.

Dr Nancy Faulkner, presenting at the United Nations, described both Parental Child Abduction and Parental Alienation as Child Abuse.

The UK is therefore duty bound to ensure the “Rights of a Child” in accordance with Article 9 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child; yet this is not supported within the Courts in any jurisdiction of the UK.

I ask that the UK both abides by it's undertaking to the United Nations, and that a “tribunal” is established to take action against any Judge, Cafcass officer or other individual that has failed to uphold the Rights of a Child since 1992, making them accountable for actions that are referred to as Child Abuse.
