Alcohol Licence Card for over 18's

Everyone in the Uk has been affected in some form by Alcohol misuse.

18 years and over apply/ sent an alcohol license similar to the N/I Card.

For any anti social drinking, Crimes, A&E admissions relating to Alcohol. Police, NHS or Councils could restrict or ensorse that persons license depending on severity of the offence.

Responsible drinkers wont be impacted, communitys will be made safer, less drink related crimes and would also cut A&E admissions.

Lets all feel safer and create a more drink aware society and stop binge drinking.
