All 2014/15 UK Government ring-fenced international aid money to go to help the people of storm damaged and flood hit parts of the UK

Additional Information

Instead of aid to bail out the rest of the world when problems like war and famine hit just this financial year 2014/15 the aid money to be donated to the poor UK citizens who have endured weeks of flood and storm damage that has all but destroyed some communities to use it in order to help them rebuild shattered lives business's and communities and any money left over should be put into a pot to help subsidise a minimum of 2 years home insurance for those people now finding it difficult to get any cover because of the floods.
