All public sector employees wages should be tax free.

Additional Information

The wages of all public sector employees should be paid with out tax or national insurance being taken. The wages should be adjusted downward to reflect tax free element. It seems a waste of time and money to take back tax from money raised through tax. This would bring in savings and make tax avoidance among the public sector a thing of the past.
