All Servicemen serving between 1969 to 2007 to be awarded ACSM 11 if they completed 2 years or more
All Veterans with a GSM 62 who served in Northern Ireland for 2 years or more between 1969 to 2007
Should receive the ACSM 11 and not be shone, disregarded, disgriminated for serving prior to Jan 2008 where 763 servicemen were KIA, 6,000 wounded many permanently disabled and futher 500 plus died while serving
