allow fire-fighters to use their hoses as water cannon to knock down those who choose to try and prevent them doing their job
The Fire Brigades MUST be allowed to do their job without distraction.
Any individual causing "distraction" should not be allowed to complain if Fire-fighters turn their hoses on them.
Anyone preventing Fire Brigades from saving lives and property should know that they risk high pressure water blown at them.
