Allow medication for mental health disorders on medical exemption certificates

Petition Details

Currently people with diabetes and epilepsy are entitled to free medication with a medical exemption certificate. People with mental health disorders such as bipolar disorder, depression and schizophrenia are not. This is fundamentally discriminatory against people with mental health problems.
