Amendment to Mental Health Act 2007
Erase section 25 from the mental health act barring nearest relative's from discharging section three patient's from liability to be detained in mental health units. This amendment is appropriate,
Nearest relatives in the United Kingdom should have the Power to Discharge their under 18 year old loved ones from mental health units against medical advice.
