Amendment to the stay dogs 28 day no treatment even when the dog been sidn over to you
Frank add amendment to stay dogs found at weekend the police to take stay dog in at the weekend and the dog warden to pick the dogs up on the Monday as dog warden do not work at the weekend. When the old owner said you can have the dog and you have sign the paper with the dog warden you should be able to treat the dog take it to puppy class not be able to do this for 28 is to long a common sence law
