Any e-petition receiving 100,000 votes should be entitled to debate and a FREE VOTE in parliament.

Additional Information

Any e-petition that receives the support of 100,000 should be eligible to be considered for debate in parliament (as is presently the case), in addition any voting should be a free vote by MP's and not subject to party whips requiring MP's to vote a particular way.
