Anyone whom is 16 before 1/1/17 to have a vote in a revote of EU referendum
As the result of the EU referendum will strongly affect younger generations the most, I propose that it is only just to allow anyone whom is 16 before 1/1/17 to have the ability to vote in a revote and decide their future
