I am making this petition after the news of the possible abduction and murder of 5 year old april jones. as a parent myself to a 4 year old girl i find the sentences of these sort of people a disgrace and the conditions of there cells are like a 5 star hotel. tougher sentances or even death penalty should be brought back.i speak on what i belive the majority of this country agrees to.
