Additional Information

Arrest MQM Chief Altaf Hussain for inciting violence from British soil; threatening & terrorising peaceful protesters in Karachi and threatening to break up Pakistan, a sovereign state and a member of the Commonwealth by separating Karachi from Pakistan.

The following is a list of the offences (along with their relevant statutes) which we the Petitioners allege were committed by Mr Altaf Hussain:

1. Inciting terrorism overseas
(Terrorism Act 2000 s.59)

2.Encouragement of terrorism and dissemination of terrorist publications (Terrorism Act 2006 ss1-2)

3. Preparation of terrorist acts
(Terrorism Act 2006 s.5)

4. Conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm / conspiracy to wound with intent to cause GBH
