At least 90% of proceeds of sold council housing must be reinvested in housing
The sale of council housing stock under Thatcher's Right To Buy has lead to a massive shortage of housing available for those who need it and arguably a massive increase in homelessness. Let's ensure that any profits are reinvested in council housing (this was actively discouraged under Thatcher!).
