Ban 3D printers for personal use

Additional Information

I saw an online news article recently where a man in the United States made a fully functioning automatic machine gun with a 3D printer.

If that's the case, then 3D printers should be illegal for personal use because it could allow people (especially children) to make dangerous weapons. (Knives, etc.)
