Ban fireworks from sale until Nov 5th.
So distressing to some animals plus some dogs have ran off and been lost due the loudness and fear of the bangs. If we have to have Fireworks seeing as the government won't ban them all together or restrict to organised displays. .
Ban them from sale until Nov 5th and only for sale on that day and reduce the loudness of them

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you are concerned by fireworks but we aren't sure what you would like the UK Government or Parliament to do. In particular, we are unsure whether you would like fireworks banned from occasions other than 5th November, such as New Year's Eve or religious festivals.
