Ban Metal "Bull Bars" to reduce pedestrian deaths
We see adverts that show the chances of a childs survival in a car impact at 30 mph is 80%, this is reduced to 20% at 40 mph. The number of deaths and serious injuries done by aftermarket (Metal) Bull bars on 4x4 type vehicles is MUCH higher even at 30 mph. These vehicles collide with childern, not cattle on UK roads. Its time to stop this terrible situation, and ban the fitment of aftermarket metal Bull-Bars
