Ban MPs from having a total separate income above 10% of their annual MP salary.
George Osborne is an MP. He also works for Black Rock four days a month, earning an annual salary of £650,000. He's the editor of the Evening Standard
Does he and others like him have time to represent the British people?
Can he really represent the British people with such conflicting interests?
