Ban offering employment vacancies to internal candidates.
Make getting a job fair for everyone not just members within an organisation.
Job seekers spend money they can't afford going to interviews which are then offered to internal candidates. Not only is it frustrating for an individual wanting to work but also wasting their time and money attending interviews whereby organisations will be giving the job to internal candidates. Constant rejection can cause huge implications on a persons mental health. It's time to make securing employment fair for everyone not just internal candidates.
