BBC to provide free licences and Sky to disgruntled F1 fans who have already signed relavent e-petition.

Additional Information

Following news that Commons will be addressing the BBC over the highly contraversial move to "sell" F1 rights to Sky and that the possibilities that BBC approached Sky to share coverage with rather than ITV or C4 as has been mentioned within the motorsport press, I feel that if this turns out to be true then the BBC should do the decent thing and provide the fans that have been meatphorically "shafted" with a free TV licence and a subsription to Sky Sports HD for the duration time that Sky holds the coverage for F1.
