Benefit food vouchers to replace money
I am proposing that benefits should be paid by way of redeemable vouchers rather than money.
The vouchers would be redeemable in all supermarkets, corner shops etc for the recipients to purchase products up to the value of the voucher.
I believe it is a persons right (who has fallen upon bad times) to have a roof over their head and a food allowance. I do not believe it is a persons right to be given money to spend at will, this should be earnt by the recipient by way of working for it.
