benefit recipients under the age of retirement should earn their allowance
anyone who is eligible for job seekers allowance and other related benefits that fall in to the category under that of the age of retirement should have to earn their allowance by completing community service when able to do so, nothing degrading just picking up litter, working for charities, removing graffiti etc.
