Counselling independent of those profiting from the procedure should take place before a doctor can sign the forms.
Ensure that the two doctors who sign the form have seen the patient and both do not belong to an organisation profiting from the procedure.
Babies are surviving at a younger age, reduce the maximum limit to 20 weeks.
A breach of these conditions would constitute Child Destruction and the recommended sentence would be life imprisonment.
