Blame the owner not the dog!
People say dogs should be muzzled, I disagree, ONLY DOGS THAT SHOW AGGRESSION SHOULD BE MUZZLED!
Its all to do with the dogs upbringing, its the owner that's in the wrong if they haven't trained the dog!
This petition is to put a stricter law on the owner of the dog if it attacks, put the prison sentence up and fine the owner if the dog is out of control!
Dogs have every right to be off lead, its their instincts, they need a good run off lead everyday in a safe place away from roads!
Its the public who need training on how to keep a dog, the dog is fine if the owner knows what he/she is doing!
ONLY MUZZLE DOGS THAT SHOW AGGRESSION!!
