Break the law - Lose your Human Rights
I feel that if you break the law and commit crimes then you wave any access to so called Human Rights. Criminals are simply using these rules as excuses and running with them to twist and manipulate the law to get away with things and even sue the prison service in some cases. Its not right and makes a joke out of the Justice system.
