Bring all UK detention centres into government control

Additional Information

After shocking reports of abuse and lack of basic human decency in UK detention centres such as Harmondsworth, we call on the government to take all centres in house and to be run by the prison service, not private contractors as they uphold standards which should be a basic human right for everyone, no matter where they are from in the world.
