Bring back national service
The real cause of all the troubles we are experiencing at the moment is a complete breakdown of discipline. It starts in the home, runs through the schools system and and invaded every corner of society.
By bringin back a period of compulsory National Service, for everyone between the ages of 16 and 25, a sense of responsibilty, discipline and pride in self would be restored.
Stop presenting excuses for people to behave in this appauling manner and give them an oppertunity to do something positive with their lives.
