Bring Back National Service and the Chain Gang
Make National Service (civil or military) Compulsory for all 16-18 year olds and Re-institute the 'chain-gang' Hard Labour for all Mindless Vandalism convictions, reviewing, repealing and introducing necessary legislation to bring law and order back to our streets.
