Bring back NED (National Equine Database) and enforce the Passport Law
This is a partition to bring back NED and to enforce the passport law along with Microchipping all Equines.
There are too many equines being abused, dumped & neglected. Taxpayers money was used to set up NED & if it had been run along the lines of Car Tax it would have worked. A percentage of all monies paid for the passport should of gone to NED. We need to get some control back!!
