Bring back Stocks as a punishment to humiliate rioters
Bring back Stocks in communal areas and city centres etc as a punishment for us to throw tomatoes etc at people who commit crimes that are petty in nature and disorder crimes in order to humiliate them. (& for use as a punishment for rioters convicted in recent uk riots)
