Bring death penalty back in for people who kill with the intent to kill. First degree murder.
Due to crimes that have been committed, we need to stand up and show that Britain will NOT take easy to crime! If you commit murder with the intent to kill, you should be given the fate as your victim. If you take someone's human rights away by killing them then your rights should be take away too.
