Bring legal aid back to child contact cases
Children are suffering nationally because fathers who can't afford to pay for representation are overwhelmed by the civil legal system.. If one party receives legal representation ... So should the other..
To deny the people a equal and fair representation is to deny children the right to be brought up by both parents, currently the legal aid system has effectively destroyed the chances of the majority of non resident parents to even see their children.
