Petition Action

British Jobs for British Workers

Additional Information

EU and non-EU workers are becoming the preferred employees in the UK.

These non-British workers often send a majority of their wage home.

Jobs should be offered to British workers as a first choice. British workers contribute back into Britain by spending their money here.

British workers are being branded lazy and unwilling to work. We are becoming a laughing stock.

- Offer businesses an incentive to hire British workers
- Enforce a higher tax or other deduction to non-British workers
- Restrict the amount of money non-British workers can send overseas
- Restrict working benefits non-British workers can claim (currently EU workers can claim tax credits and child benefit even when their children do not reside in the UK)
