By 2020 scrap the Human Rights act and replace it with an act that befits the UK

If we are leaving the EU then we must leave it fully, we can no longer afford an act that give credence to criminals over the rights of law abiding citizens, when we wish to deport people we do not want them hiding behind laws such as a right to family etc. Victims before criminals.
