Call for Education Secretary Michael Gove to resign over insulting and out of touch comments about Britain's poor

Additional Information

Responding to a question from Labour front bencher Luciana Berger: ‘what more can he and his Government do to ensure that no students turn up to school embarrassed because they do not have the right clothes’, Mr Gove argued that people who find themselves in this position have only themselves to blame for badly managing their finances.

Someone so arrogant and out of touch with the reality of living on a low income in 2013 Britain should not be an MP let alone Education Secretary.

It's time for Gove to go.
