Petition Action

Capping Benefits at £26000 is Fair

Additional Information

The limit should be capped at £26000 when you consider a working couple on minimum wage and working full time earns less than £24000 as a gross joint income. This cap should include the child benefit and in all cases the child benefit should be limited to two children only. The working public have been penalised on their pensions despite the fact they have paid into them for years only to find the money has been used to top up the benefits bill.
