Chain Gangs

Additional Information

The country's roads are in a terrible state and cost us millions of pounds to maintain. We are paying tens of thousands of pounds for each and every prisoner to be held in jail. Let them PAY back their debt to society by working for society in chain gangs fixing potholes and repairing the road network. In a time of austerity can we afford not to do this?
