Change 1973 divorce laws to reflect society today.
Existing law does not reflect changes in: cost of tertiary education, increase in second marriages and housing, funded by parental loans, pre nuptial agreements, domestic violence, coercive control and "no fault." It has ineffective penalties for fraud and no connectivity between the court systems.
