Change employment law to legally require companies to reply to all job applicants, whether successful or not.

Additional Information

Applying for jobs, especially for those who are applying for more entry level jobs are never given the respect they deserve.

When applying for a job, it should be the responsibilty of the company who is hiring to reply to every candidate for the job. No matter if they are successful or not.

Many people apply for various roles, considnering that they will be unsuccessful for the majority. However since different companies take difference amounts of time to recurit, it means you could take a shorter term contract that replied sooner than a longer based contract that contacted you later, and the applicate preseumed they were unsussessful.
