Change how organisations qualify for charity status

Additional Information

Organisations which are quite clearly not charities under the common understanding of the word, such as private schools ( although not exclusively) should no longer have the ability to have VAT and corporation tax breaks along with other benefits of charitable status, especially in a time of austerity.
