Petition Action

Change the law for parental access rights. Make it easier for parental access

Petition Details

There is a grey area in the law, parents stopping the other parent from seeing their child because of hatred.
For example fathers have very little rights and help for access to their child.
There is more and more broken families each year, where children are deprived from seeing their fathers

Additional Information

There is lots of evidence on this problem.
You only have to watch Jeremy Kyle.
But there are many more none advertised, mothers depriving access to the childs father.
Not only that it costs between £150 - £300 per hour for solicitors as their is no legal aid in place.
Family's do not have that sort of money to get this help
Somthing needs to be done fast, the child's welfare is not being looked after.
All children have a right to see their fathers and visa vera
