Change the law to oblige local councils to conduct ALL their business in the public domain.

Additional Information

Far too much council activity concerning the disbursement of council taxpayer pounds is conducted in secret. There is NOTHING about spending our money that should be kept secret from us and secret business meetings by council members should attract mandatory automatic jail sentences and a lifetime ban from ever holding public office again.
